Rapper, comedian, and YouTube star Timothy DeLaGhetto , whose real name is Tim Chantarangsu says he followed through on his promise from when he first entered the entertainment industry.
"Ever since I was a little kid, I made a promise to my dad and my mom," he told his 2.5 million YouTube subscribers in a video uploaded Monday. "I promise you, I'm gonna pay off the house, and finally, this is the day I got my funds right, and I'm gonna surprise them with the check." Actor/Singer Jamie Foxx To Portray Mike Tyson In Biopic
In an interview with the Daily Mirror, former World heavy weight champion Mike Tyson revealed actor/singer Jamie Foxx will portray him in a upcoming big screen biopic. He said that special effects will be used so that Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx can portray him throughout his troubled life in the film.

"Finding Fela" Documentary Soundtrack Set For July 29 Release
The soundtrack to Finding Fela, Alex Gibney’s documentary on Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti is scheduled for release on July 29.
Finding Fela tells the story of Fela Kuti's life as well as the evolution of the Broadway musical Fela!. The film premiered at Sundance, played Bonnaroo and will begin its theatrical run Aug. 1 at the IFC Center in New York. Kino Lorber is handling distribution. After the screening in New York, the documentary will be screened in several cities across the United States.

Azealia Banks Releases First Single After Departure From Universal
Azealia Banks was signed to Universal Music a few years ago. Unfortunately she is better known for her beef with other artists than her music. Universal delayed the release of her debut album, and eventually never released it. Earlier this month Azealia announced her departure from Universal via Twitter. Rough Copy Interview

After finishing fourth on the tenth series of The X Factor in 2013, (behind Luke Friend, Nicholas McDonald and winner Sam Bailey), fan favourites Rough Copy , are preparing to launch their own onslaught on the charts, with the help of Epic Records, who they recently signed to. Having just released their debut single, 'Street Love,' (which samples Anita Baker's, Sweet Love' the trio are busy recording their album, whilst performing gigs across the UK.

The Jury at former X Factor (UK) judge Tulisa's trial heard a tape recording by Tulisa's PA (Gareth Valey) stating Simon Cowell is gay. Well he's made a turn around, and says he was drunk when he made the statement.

Lauryn Hill Shows Up Late At Concert & Calls Security On Fan
Lauryn Hill is multi-Grammy award winning artist. Sadly, in the past few years she has gone on a downward spiral. Lauryn was found guilty of tax evasion a few years ago, and spent time in prison. There have been several complaints regarding her tardiness to shows. Well, at a recent concert which was scheduled to start at 10:30 pm Lauryn showed up at 11:20 pm. When a fan called her out for being late, she went off on a rant, and asked security to escort the fan out of the venue. Click here for the video.

Lana Del Rey Says She Slept With A Lot Of People In The Music Industry.
Lana Del Rey recently had an interview in the August issue of Complex Magazine. She is quoted has saying "I have slept with a lot of guys in the industry". Before you jump into any conclusions, and assume the track on her new album "F*cked My Way To The Top" is about that. She admits " but none of them helped me get my record deals, which is annoying."
Lily Allen Responds To Weak Music Sales - "Maybe the song's aren't good enough"
Lily Allen's recent release "URL Badman" came in at No. 93 on the charts. Her "Sheezus" album topped the chart in its first week, and slumped afterwards.
Below is Lily's response to the weak sales in her interview with The Mirror:
"I put my trust in other people, which I don’t usually do. I usually go with my own gut feeling but maybe I wasn’t feeling as confident as I have in the past because of all the hormones.”
