So according to reports, Leona Lewis negotiated her new deal behind Simon Cowell's back. Simon had no clue she was planning to leave his record label (after 7 years) - he thought he would stay long-term.
Simon is reported to have felt snubbed by Leona Lewis' departure. Well Simon's still got the widely successful One Direction, Susan Boyle as well as other acts - hopefully they won't bail on him any time soon.
