Last weekend, Drake surprised a 15-year-old cancer patient. Kennedy Brown is currently battling brain cancer, and one of her last wishes before she dies was to meet rapper Drake. Her closest friends launched a social media campaign #DrakeForKen and hoped they would get a response from Drake - and they did!
You've gotto give it to Drake, thats a rapper with a kind heart.
