Bruno Mars celebrated his 29th birthday and shared some pictures via Instagram. One of the pictures he shared was the one above (with a fan - Zumyah). He posted the picture on Instagram along with this message:“Zumyah tonight you gave my band and I something we've never felt before. you're an inspiration to the world! #WeLoveYouZumyah”
11-year-old Zumyah had suffered a severe brain injury after a drunk driver crashed into her car last year, which killed her pregnant mum and two younger sisters.
Nurses played Bruno’s songs to Zumyah every night, and doctors believe it was this music that helped bring her out of her coma.
Bruno sang“Just The Way You Are” and dedicated the song to Zumyah in front of 20,000 fans at the Cleveland, Ohio concert.
