Kesha filed a lawsuit against mega producer Dr.Luke claiming sexual abuse. Dr.Luke in turn filed a lawsuit alleging defamation of character by Kesha, Kesha's mother and Kesha's management.
According to Dr.Luke, Kesha's lawsuit is being driven by a contract dispute. Kesha's initial contract stated Dr.Luke would get a percentage of profits from six album recordings, subsequently amendments were made to the contract. Dr.Luke alleges Kesha was not satisfied with the amendments and came up with the outrageous accusation to get out of her contract.
Kesha alleges sexual abuse and manipulation by Dr.Luke, as such she wants the courts to grant the dissolution of her recording contract with Dr.Luke.
